About Us

Meet Elizabeth Morris

Elizabeth Morris is a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) in the states of Minnesota and New Mexico and a lifelong yogi. With over 20 years of experience teaching and practicing yoga, she focuses on teaching Tibetan yoga classes. Under the encouragement of her main teacher, Vidyadhara Acharya Mahayogi Shridhar Rana Rinpoche (https://www.byomakusuma.org), Elizabeth completed an 11-month Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga Teacher training with the Nyingma Institute culminating in a retreat at Ratna Ling retreat center ( https://ratnaling.org). Elizabeth Morris, LMT, MDiv, LICSW combines her expertise in yoga with her graduate studies at Harvard Divinity School (MDiv) and Boston University’s School of Social Work (MSW). She is a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) in the states of Minnesota and New Mexico and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Her classes are trauma-informed and the goal of each class is for deep relaxation for the nervous system leading to greater clarity and ease.
